SALES CORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between the sales team and factory to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Receive and process sales orders and communicate production requirements to the factory.
Monitor production schedules and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding order status.
Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and logistics teams for on-time deliveries.
Follow up on pending orders, production delays, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain order tracking reports, delivery schedules, and daily coordination records.
Ensure customer delivery commitments are met by proactively resolving coordination issues.
Communicate any production or delivery challenges to the sales team and management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order status and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with the purchase and inventory teams regarding material availability when required.
Maintain proper documentation related to customer orders, dispatches, and invoices.
Support the sales team in handling customer queries related to order status and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate records in Tally or Excel.
