Beyond product sales, we provide complete end-to-end solutions, including installation, product training, and after-sales service support. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator who can efficiently manage leads, support the sales team, handle customer communication, and ensure smooth backend coordination to strengthen our sales operations and enhance customer experience.
· Handle daily leads and update status.
· Coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
· Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and re-engage inactive customers.
· Prepare and share quotations with customers.
· Maintain sales reports and documentation.
· Coordinate with accounts and dispatch for orders.
· Share daily/weekly MIS reports.
· Support the marketing team with lead performance updates.
· Ensure smooth internal communication between teams.
Skills & Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
· Minimum 1–2 year’s experience in sales coordination, tele calling, or CRM roles.
· Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
· Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM handling.
· Ability to multitask, organize, and follow processes.
· Basic understanding of automotive tools is an added advantage.
