Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / Up to 10 Days

Job Summary

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer communications, preparing quotations, coordinating order execution, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in sales coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

- Prepare and send quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, payments, and dispatch schedules.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS data.

- Update sales pipelines, order status, and customer information in ERP/CRM systems.

- Handle customer queries and resolve coordination issues promptly.

- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and business proposals.

- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.

- Support management with sales analysis and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Experience working with ERP/CRM software is preferred.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

- Good negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or a similar role.

- Experience in the manufacturing, metals, steel, or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
