Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team in daily operations and client management
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts
Track sales leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
2. Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, orders, and updates
Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
Update CRM systems with client and sales information
4. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams for order fulfillment
Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per client requirements
Support the sales manager in scheduling meetings and presentations
5. Administrative Tasks
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and sales-related documentation
Organize sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Assist in preparing sales proposals and marketing materials when required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
