Responsibilities:
• Work with government offices to get required permissions and approvals for projects.
• Keep updated with government rules and make sure all work follows them.
• Check project progress regularly and solve problems or delays quickly.
• Be the main contact person between clients and government authorities.
• Help with basic office work like filing, scheduling, and maintaining records.
• Support clients by handling their concerns and giving proper responses.
Requirements:
• Must be familiar with UDCPR, DCPR, rules, regulations, and government updates.
• Should have basic knowledge of approval processes of PMRDA, PCMC, PMC, MSRDC, and other authorities where company projects are located.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Should be willing to work flexible hours as per project requirements.
