Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Management
• Engage with walk-in showroom customers and online leads to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, explain model variants, and arrange and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and finalize sales deals in coordination with sales managers.
2. Client Relationship & Onboarding
• Build strong rapport with clients to drive repeat business, brand loyalty, and referrals.
• Educate buyers on warranty details, vehicle maintenance schedules, and safety features during delivery.
• Coordinate post-sale follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition into vehicle ownership.
