Objectives of this role

 Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
 Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
 Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
 Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive

Responsibilities

 Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
 Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
 Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
 Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products  Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
 Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
