About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive with prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate qualified leads and close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for real estate projects.

• Explain project details, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.

• Generate and nurture leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience (real estate experience preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.

• Ability to handle client queries and objections confidently.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at follow-ups.
