Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience Required: 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities
Proactively call and follow up on both hot and cold leads to generate sales opportunities.
Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring clients have complete knowledge of ongoing residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with team members to support overall sales objectives and maintain a collaborative environment.
Negotiate offers, close deals, and handle all required sales documentation and paperwork.
Present current offers and project details to potential clients and sellers for consideration.
Analyze market trends and compare properties to determine competitive pricing strategies.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, loans, legal requirements, and related aspects.
Promote properties through digital platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create engaging content and sales presentations to enhance client engagement.
Accompany clients during property inspections, offering professional insights on suitability and value.
Coordinate property closings, ensuring all legal formalities, documentation, and fund disbursements are handled smoothly.
Attend meetings, trainings, and seminars to stay updated on market trends and enhance professional skills.
