Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain leasing services, property features, pricing, and availability over the phone.
Generate leads and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects regularly via phone, email, or WhatsApp until closure.
Maintain and update CRM with call details, lead status, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the on-ground leasing or sales team for visit planning and final conversions.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options.
Handle basic customer queries and objections effectively.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, lead conversions, and visits scheduled.
Share regular reports with the team lead or manager.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication style.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Familiar with CRM tools and Excel for lead tracking.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in real estate telecalling, leasing, or property sales.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
Good team player with a customer-centric aitude
