Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and audit customer calls for quality and compliance
Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
Identify gaps in communication and process adherence
Prepare QA reports and performance dashboards
Conduct calibration sessions and ensure quality benchmarks
Handle quality-related escalations

MS Excel knowledge
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
3–4 years experience in QA / Call Audit
Team handling experience preferred.
