Job Title: Online Proctor / Remote Proctor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional, responsible, and detail-oriented Online Proctor / Remote Proctor to monitor online examinations for candidates from across the world. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure and smooth examination sessions, assisting test takers with technical issues, identifying security or integrity concerns, and maintaining the quality standards required by clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor test takers throughout the entire examination.

• Verify the candidate's environment and ensure it meets examination security requirements.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of examination content, materials, candidate information, and client information.

• Handle and monitor multiple test takers as required.

• Identify and report examination integrity and security issues on priority.

• Assist candidates in resolving technical and examination-related issues.

• Troubleshoot basic technical problems during examination sessions.

• Provide courteous and professional assistance to candidates as per the given scenarios.

• Record live incidents accurately on session pages within the required timeframe.

• Ensure high-quality examination delivery as per client requirements.

• Review and audit completed examination sessions as instructed by management.

• Prepare daily reports and EOD reports and submit them within the given timelines.

• Provide assistance to candidates requiring special accommodations or specific support.

• Respond professionally to candidate queries and concerns.

• Coordinate with team members and internal departments whenever required.

• Follow all examination procedures, security guidelines, and client-specific instructions.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification / Graduation.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in BPO / International BPO will be an added advantage.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures strictly.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven and process-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
