📍 Location: Ring Road, Surat
💼 Position: CRM / Payment Collection Executive
💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
🕒 Job Timing: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
🎯 Experience: Relevant experience in payment follow-up, collection, CRM, telecalling, or customer coordination preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible CRM / Payment Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups, maintain collection records, and coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular payment follow-up calls with customers for outstanding dues.

• Maintain and update customer payment and collection records.

• Coordinate with customers regarding payment status, due dates, and pending amounts.

• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp wherever required.

• Maintain proper records of customer commitments and expected payment dates.

• Coordinate with the internal Accounts / Sales team regarding pending payments.

• Prepare regular follow-up and collection status reports.

• Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Ensure timely follow-up to achieve assigned collection targets.

• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Confident and polite while communicating with customers.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Good record-keeping and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups efficiently.

• Target-oriented and persistent in payment collection.

• Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in payment collection, telecalling, CRM, accounts receivable, customer follow-up, or sales coordination are preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should be confident, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular customer follow-ups. Experience in handling outstanding payments and maintaining customer records will be an advantage.
