We are hiring Patient Care Coordinators for Anjiva Ayurveda(A Brand of Ayurnnath Ayurveda).

This is an Inbound Patient Calling Process where patients contact us regarding their health concerns. As a Patient Care Executive, you will communicate with patients, understand their concerns, provide general health guidance based on company training, and recommend suitable Ayurvedic wellness products whenever appropriate.

The role involves handling incoming patient calls, understanding their concerns, providing proper guidance, explaining suitable Ayurvedic products, and assisting with orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound patient/customer calls

• Understand patient requirements and provide proper guidance

• Assist with order confirmation and customer queries

• Maintain a professional and helpful interaction with patients

• Provide general health guidance as per company training.

• Recommend suitable Ayurvedic wellness products based on patient requirements.

Maintain patient interaction records and follow-up details.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi

• Comfortable with inbound calling and customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Location: Garia, Kolkata

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(1 hours Working + 1 Hour Break)

Salary: ₹9,200 – ₹10,000/month + Incentives & Bonus
