🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new car owners and vehicle partners.
- Convince owners to attach their vehicles to Long Drive Cars.
- Explain business benefits, rental policies, and commission structures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vehicle owners.
- Coordinate vehicle onboarding and documentation.
- Follow up regarding vehicle availability and performance.
- Resolve owner concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain owner records and achieve onboarding targets.
✅ Candidate Eligibility
- Very active, confident, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Telugu.
- Understand owner requirements the first time.
- Strong talking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good behaviour and professional attitude.
