Operations Executive

Eon Infotech Ltd. is seeking a motivated Operations Executive with strong operational and managerial skills. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage customer interactions, field staff, and technical support operations while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Essential Skills:

• Strong verbal & written communication

• Problem-solving abilities under pressure

• Proficiency in MS-Office/Open Office and Google Maps

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Telecom or Vehicle Electronics

• Experience with client calls & complaint handling

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Service Field Team and Support Technicians

• Professionally handle customer calls and resolve complaints

• Coordinate with clients, the production team, and management

• Monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices through dashboards, MIS, and web apps

• Plan replacements and maintenance for faulty devices

• Conduct customer training sessions on VTS operations and report generation

• Perform GPS data analysis

• Update information systems and maintain accurate records

• Report progress and status updates to both customers and internal teams

• Assist with other VTS-related activities as required by the client

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma, or a Graduation in Computer Science.

Experience:

• 0 to 1 years of experience as an Operations Support Executive (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Additional Requirements:

• Must have personal conveyance for commuting

• Shift-Day/Night
