Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across sales, academics, and marketing teams

• Implement and improve SOPs for lead management, student onboarding, and service delivery

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on operational efficiency

• Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) for lead tracking and workflow management

• Supervise the operations team and ensure timely task execution and escalation management

• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards
