Job Responsibilities:

Handle import/export shipment operations.

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, and overseas agents.

Prepare and verify shipping documents.

Track shipments and provide timely customer updates.

Ensure smooth customs clearance and cargo delivery.

Coordinate with the sales team for seamless shipment execution.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.

Knowledge of import/export documentation.

Good communication and MS Office skills.
