We are looking for a Operations Executive - Remote to join our team at Dc Consultants. The role offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Education. Key Responsibilities:

• What you’ll do

  • Help create content and marketing communications.

  • Track enquiries, leads and registrations from different online channels.

  • Update sales dashboards and review campaign performance and lead quality.

  • Support daily customer-service operations and help resolve issues.

  • Coordinate with the development team when technical support is needed.

  • Manage team rosters and leave schedules.

  • Onboard teachers and maintain their profiles, fees, invoices and content.

  • Update courses, fees, coupons, registrations and user access through the Admin Panel.

  • Support counselling and other day-to-day operational activities.

  Who we’re looking for

  • A graduate with 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales support or customer service.

  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • A clear communicator who enjoys coordinating with people and solving problems.

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

  • Experience using an Admin Panel, CRM or online learning platform would be helpful.

  • A background in music, dance or the cultural arts would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
