Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Management: Oversee lesson planning, design teaching materials, and ensure classes follow educational board guidelines.
Teacher Support & Mentoring: Observe classrooms, guide instructional methods, and lead professional development or training for staff.
Student Progress Tracking: Monitor learning outcomes, analyze performance data, and help implement student intervention plans.
Administrative Coordination: Build class schedules, organize exam timetables, and maintain academic records.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the administration, teachers, and parents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or a specific subject area, often with a B.Ed or M.Ed.
Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven classroom teaching experience, with a track record in curriculum or leadership support.
