We are looking for a Loan Collection Tele caller / Laon Collection Team leader to join our team VAS INDIA . This role involves handling calls, Identify and contact borrowers with overdue loans. Understand borrowers financial situation and propose repayment plans. Negotiate with borrower to recover outstanding amounts .maintain accurate records in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Understand borrowers financial situation and propose repayment plans.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and Minimum 1 Year Experience & Fresher Also Allowed Range. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 Days week during the Day Shift Type.
