Job Title: Customer Engagement Executive

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with existing leads and customers on a regular basis.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company system.

• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.

• Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of each interaction.

• Build positive relationships with customers through polite and professional communication.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly communication and follow-up goals.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic understanding of English is preferred.

• Confident and polite communication style.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with customer data.

• Good listening and follow-up skills.

• Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
