Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Noida. You will be responsible for handling calls, generating leads, assisting potential learners, and providing excellent customer support. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in business development and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and identify potential leads.

• Provide accurate details about our courses and certifications.

• Generate and follow up on qualified leads to achieve targets.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Support customers by resolving queries and providing guidance.

• Work with the sales team to improve conversion rates and performance.

Qualification & Skills

• Any degree (freshers are welcome).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
