Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with coordination, documentation, and backend processes. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations and improving overall team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks

• Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM/Excel

• Prepare reports, sales data, and MIS

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth process flow

• Assist in documentation, proposal sharing, and follow-ups

• Handle client queries and provide basic customer support

• Track sales activities and ensure timely updates

• Ensure data accuracy and proper record keeping

Required Skills:

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, basic CRM tools)

• Strong data management and organizational skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream

• 0–3 years of experience in sales support / backend / coordination

• Freshers with good computer knowledge and communication skills can apply
