Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct video calls with customers to complete the KYC process.
Verify customer identity and documents such as Aadhaar and PAN, as applicable.
Check customer details and ensure the information matches the submitted documents.
Guide customers through the video verification process.
Ensure all KYC procedures are completed as per company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the KYC status in the system.
Identify and report suspicious activities or mismatches in customer details.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
Complete daily targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate, as per company requirements.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use video calling applications.
Good attention to detail and customer-handling skills.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
