Job Title: Key Account Intern
The Key Account Intern will play a vital role in supporting the backend functions of the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination with the Operations team. This position is crucial to maintaining efficient processes, timely communication, and effective execution of sales and operational strategies.
Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with backend support and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for order processing, deliveries, and any process clarifications.
• Maintain tracking sheets, sales records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support internal communication between key departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Handle follow-ups, status updates, and escalation of critical matters as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and other collaboration tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Preferably pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree.
