About the Role
The role focuses on customer relationship management and account handling with no direct sales involvement. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination, customer satisfaction, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Manage assigned key accounts as the single point of contact
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews
Customer Success & Retention
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Identify and resolve service gaps proactively
Support onboarding and service adoption for clients
Issue Resolution & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
Handle escalations professionally and effectively
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding updates
Reporting & Account Management
Maintain account records and interaction logs
Analyse service trends and prepare reports
Present account insights to management when required
Required Skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Customer-focused and proactive approach
Good written and verbal English communication
MS Excel proficiency is mandatory
Tally knowledge is preferred
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care / Account Management / Client Servicing
Graduation in any discipline
Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate preferred
Immediate or short notice joiners are highly preferred
