Functional Area

 Managing daily accounts, ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

 Monitoring production costs, stock levels, and valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

 Handling vendor payments, customer billing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.

 Managing bank transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, and tracking cash flow.

 Supporting GST, TDS, and statutory filings along with maintaining compliance records.

 Preparing MIS reports and coordinating with internal/external auditors for financial reviews.

JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handling day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and overall financial record-keeping.

 Monitoring raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and supporting cost analysis for production efficiency.

 Preparing GST workings, TDS documentation, and ensuring all statutory filings are completed on time.

 Managing bank transactions, reconciliations, payments, receipts, and maintaining smooth cash flow.

 Assisting auditors, preparing required data, and generating periodic MIS and financial reports.

 Managing professional communication with vendors, clients, auditors, and internal departments through accurate and timely email correspondence.

 Handling invoices, payment follow-ups, credit/debit notes, and maintaining clear account statements.

 Keeping proper documentation of invoices, challans, purchase orders, and accounting records for compliance and audits.

REQUIREMENTS

 Any Graduation in related field.

 Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing company.

 Must know accounting on miracle software & outlook E-Mail communication with customers.
