We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, performing reconciliations, and ensuring smooth accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Transaction Recording: Record and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting transactions.

• Ledger Management: Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Reconciliations: Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.

• Payment Follow-ups: Follow up on customer outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams where required.

• Documentation & Verification: Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy while maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.

• Reporting Assistance: Assist with routine accounting and financial reporting activities.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate. A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience in accounts and day-to-day accounting operations is preferred.

• Skills: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting software/Excel.
