Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to handle the day-to-day IT operations and provide basic technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of IT systems and the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, including installing and configuring operating systems, software, and peripherals.

System Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system checks.

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, routers, and other devices.

• Report any recurring issues or system outages to the IT Manager.

User Support and Training:

• Assist employees with login credentials, password resets, and access to systems.

• Provide guidance to end-users on best practices for using IT resources.

• Document common troubleshooting steps and create user manuals for internal processes.

Asset Management:

• Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.

• Coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged or faulty equipment.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure systems are secure by enforcing company policies, such as user access controls and antivirus protection.
