We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Software Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting software-related issues, providing technical assistance to clients, and supporting software installations and configurations. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot software issues, configuration errors, database-related problems, and system performance challenges.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain software applications for clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide functional guidance on product usage.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate, track, and resolve complex bugs or technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions for new clients.
Assist in testing new versions, patches, and updates before deployment.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of support solutions.
Provide valuable feedback to the product and development teams for product enhancement and feature improvements.
Experience in software support, technical support, or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong understanding of software configurations, databases (SQL preferred), and system troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
Knowledge of remote support tools, ticketing systems, and software installation processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL queries or database structures.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or custom software applications.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
