Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams on issues related to thermal printers and access control systems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on thermal printers and access control devices, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Maintain detailed logs of technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.

Installation & Configuration:

Install, configure, and test thermal printers and access control systems for clients.

Perform on-site setup and integration of access control hardware, including card readers, biometric systems, and controllers.

Ensure all systems are properly calibrated, programmed, and functional according to customer specifications.

Customer Training & Support:

Provide technical training and support to customers, enabling them to effectively use thermal printers and access control systems.

Create user manuals, documentation, and FAQs for customers to refer to for troubleshooting and operational guidance.

Assist in providing remote or on-site support during installation, upgrades, and routine maintenance.

Product Development & Improvements:

Work closely with R&D teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on field experience.

Collaborate with design teams to assist in the development of new features or product enhancements for thermal printers and access control devices.

Perform testing on new products and prototypes, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

System Optimization & Maintenance:

Assist in regular system updates, software patches, and firmware upgrades for both thermal printers and access control systems.

Recommend best practices for system optimization and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term product reliability.

Conduct routine checks and inspections of installed systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and efficient technical support.

Offer expert guidance on system upgrades, expansion, and customization to meet customer needs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and troubleshooting capabilities.

Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of service visits, repairs, and upgrades.

Prepare detailed reports on system performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

Monitor and report on common technical issues or trends to improve the product and service offerings.
