Key Skills (Tech & Non-Tech):

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Customer service and query handling

• L1 Service Desk experience

• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and technical queries through inbound calls

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines

• Respond to inquiries professionally with empathy and ownership

• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively

• Ensure excellent service feedback and customer satisfaction

• Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools

Client Updates:

• High emphasis on communication quality and customer experience

• Structured ITIL-based service desk environment

• Opportunity to work with global clients and enterprise systems
