💰 Salary Package

🟢 Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives
🟢 Experienced: ₹30,000+ + Attractive Performance Incentives (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

🎯 Job Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
✅ Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
✅ Update customer information accurately in the system.
✅ Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
✅ Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
🆕 Freshers are Welcome!
💼 International BPO Voice Experience is Preferred.
🗣️ Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory).
💻 Basic Computer Knowledge & Good Typing Speed.
🤝 Strong Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills.
🌙 Comfortable working in Rotational/Night Shifts (if applicable).
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred.
