We are hiring International Voice Process Agents to handle customer interactions for international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle •inbound/outbound calls•• from international customers.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.

• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining a positive experience.

• Maintain proper call documentation and update customer information in CRM.

Follow company •SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines••.

Meet assigned •KPI, KRA, productivity, and quality targets••.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Maintain professional communication and demonstrate strong customer-handling skills.

### 🎯 Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.

• Clear pronunciation and good conversational skills.

• Strong active listening and comprehension.

• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Target/KPI-oriented approach.

Willingness to work •night/rotational shifts••.
