We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in International BPO (preferably US Voice), exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night-shift environment. This is an urgent requirement for a mass hiring drive with Face-to-Face interviews.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via voice channels, resolving issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
● Issue Resolution: Manage and de-escalate customer complaints, providing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
● Product Support: Provide accurate product information and technical assistance to international clients.
● Process Improvement: Monitor recurring customer feedback and collaborate with management to suggest improvements for service delivery.
● Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
● Documentation: Maintain precise customer records and interaction logs within the CRM system.
● Mentorship: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as required.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in US Voice Processes are highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (neutral accent preferred).
● Operational: Must be willing to work Night Shifts and commute to Mulund West.
● Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
