Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives to join our International Voice Process at Magnum Group.

The role involves handling international customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing international customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
