
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain service quality and achieve process performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies & compliance.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice / BPO Customer Service.
