Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
• Maintain professionalism while handling customer concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 0–2.5 years of experience in BPO Voice Process or similar industries.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong listening skills for effective call handling.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
