Job Title: International Voice Support Executive (HR Support)
We are looking for an International Voice Support Executive to join our team at India’s No. 1 MNC to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to HR Support. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month along with excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address employee queries related to HR processes such as payroll, attendance, leave management, and policies.
Resolve concerns and manage complaints with a customer-first approach.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide clear and accurate information to employees to resolve their issues effectively.
Meet performance targets (quality, productivity, and SLA adherence).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex HR-related concerns.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 0–6 months in Customer Support / Voice Process (Freshers can apply)
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory for international process)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
The candidate should be comfortable working 5 days a week (rotational week offs) during rotational shifts (including night shifts).
