Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (International / Domestic)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team in Bangalore. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver excellent service experience. Openings are available for both International and Domestic processes.

Key Responsibilities

📞 For International Voice Process:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/AU regions).

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

• Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality scores).

📞 For Domestic Voice Process:

• Handle calls from Indian customers.

• Provide information, resolve complaints, and process requests.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Follow company guidelines and compliance policies.

• Achieve call handling and resolution targets.

Eligibility Criteria

International Process:

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

Domestic Process:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
