Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers
Respond to customer queries via chat and email
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions
Update customer details and interactions in CRM systems
Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Freshers or candidates with BPO/Customer Support experience
Communication: Excellent English communication (mandatory)
Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Good typing speed and email etiquette
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Multitasking ability (handling calls + chat)
Customer handling and interpersonal skills
