Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Technical Support/Customer Support (Mandatory)
✔️ BS, BSEE, CS, or any other relevant Technical Degree required
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Interview Process:
💻 Candidates must have a Laptop for Client & Technical Rounds
Key Responsibilities:
