We are hiring for our International Process (Chat & Voice) at our Mansarovar, Jaipur office. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity for candidates who have excellent English communication skills and want to build a stable career in customer support and international sales.

• International Customer Support Executive (Chat & Voice Process)

• International Sales Support Executive (Up-Selling)

Job Responsibilities

International Customer Support (Chat & Voice)

• Handle international customer queries via chat and calls

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain proper records in the system

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

(Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.)

International Sales Support (Up-Selling)

• Interact with international customers (chat & voice)

• Resolve queries and identify sales opportunities

• Pitch relevant products/services confidently

• Close sales and meet monthly targets

• Build long-term customer relationships

Salary & Compensation

• ₹30,000 – ₹48,000 CTC per month

• Salary depends on communication skills, interview performance, and experience

• Higher salary for candidates with 2+ years of sales experience

• Performance-based growth opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

For Customer Support:

• Freshers can apply

• Undergraduates and Graduates both can apply

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory

For Sales Support:

• Graduation mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required for higher salary bracket

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

For All Applicants:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

• Comfortable with work-from-office in Mansarovar, Jaipur

• Immediate joiners preferred
