International Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Study Abroad Advisor to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end counseling, application support, and visa guidance while ensuring a high conversion ratio and excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

• Understand student profile and recommend suitable courses/universities

• Handle complete admission cycle: inquiry → application → offer → visa → enrollment

• Assist students with SOPs, LORs, documentation, and application submissions

• Provide accurate guidance on visa process and interview preparation

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents

• Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams

• Update CRM with student data, progress, and interactions

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication & counseling skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of international education systems

• Ability to handle multiple leads and conversions

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Proficiency in English (mandatory); regional languages are a plus

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in overseas education / sales / counseling is an advantage

• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills can also apply

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Number of student conversions (applications & enrollments)

• Revenue generated per month

• Lead-to-conversion ratio

• Student satisfaction & retention rate

• Timely processing of applications and visas
