The role involves assisting USA-based customers by guiding them through luxury vacation packages, travel benefits, resort stays, and promotional offers. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers from the USA
Explain vacation packages, resort stays, and travel offers
Guide customers in selecting suitable vacation plans
Build customer interest and maintain positive client relationships
Provide accurate information regarding package benefits and booking procedures
Maintain customer data and update CRM records
Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth operations
Achieve daily and monthly performance goals
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer interaction and convincing abilities
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced international BPO environment

Experience in travel, telecalling, or sales process is an added advantage
