Interview Process:
HR Round → Ops Round → Client Feedback → Versant Round

Skill Set:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Typing speed approx 35 WPM with 95% accuracy

• No MTI / RTI

• Ability to handle 2 or more concurrent chats

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of BPO Chat / Voice experience (BFSI / Customer Support preferred)

Language Proficiency: B2 / C1 in English
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC (Chat)
Shift: Rotational (Male & Female)
