Job Description:
• Handle customer queries via email, chat, or calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data in internal systems and databases.
• Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data formatting.
• Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and update records accordingly.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests.
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Any graduate with relevant experience in customer support or data entry preferred.
