🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat & email
• Resolve service and technical issues efficiently
• Provide accurate information and customer support
• Make outbound calls when required
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
• 6+ months customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
