💰 Salary
• 6–12 Months Experience: ₹30,000 In-Hand | Up to 4.5 LPA
• 12–18 Months Experience: ₹34,150 In-Hand | Up to 5 LPA
• 19+ Months Experience: ₹37,585 In-Hand | Up to 5.5 LPA
🎓 Qualification
• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass
• Graduation preferred
💼 Experience
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
🕐 Shift
• UK International Voice Process
• Night Shift
• Exact shift timing will be communicated by the recruiter
📋 Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls for the UK Telecom process
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Achieve assigned performance and service targets

• Good English communication skills
• Prior International Voice Process experience
• Comfortable working in a night shift
